I'm having trouble getting the metals to render in 3ds Max Vray the way they come out in Quixel 3DO. I put the specular map in the Reflect slot, the Glossiness map in RGlossiness. I've tried switching or other slots like Roughness, but nothing comes close to giving similar results as previewed in 3DO. vray materials also have a roughness slot, and it should be really important since it's the second thing you see, after diffuse color, however I've never seen anyone using it for anything, also vray documentation says it's used to simulate rough surfaces, wich appears to me to be just wrong.
